Bright and floral on the nose with a touch of ripe peaches and pear. On the palate the wine is fresh with good richness and flavors of exotic fruit.

Our Brut Rosé sparkling wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The fruit is grown at our Vista Verde Vineyard and the wine is aged two years on the lees before disgorgement.

Barrel aged for 6 months in neutral oak, this wine has palate pleasing aromas of citrus blossom, ruby red grapefruit, white peach and lime zest. Flavors of pear, key lime and guava linger on the smooth, clean finish.

Aromas of clementine, tangerine, custard and toasted almond highlight well-balanced fruit and acid levels. The soft, silk flavors have a nice minerality with notes of Honeycrisp apple and caramel that linger on the round finish.

Elegant aromas of vanilla and tangerine on the nose are highlighted with notes of caramel and pear. Forward fruit flavors, well-integrated oak and balanced acidity lead to a refreshingly clean finish.

An easy drinking wine with bright acidity and spicy notes of white pepper, lime and lemon. The palate is medium-bodied with great minerality and refreshing acidity.

Enticing aromas of kiwi, star fruit and honeysuckle highlight juicy flavors of peach and melon on the palate. The fruity flavor profile pleasantly lingers on the soft finish.

Elegant aromas of jasmine and honeydew with essence of ginger are followed by tropical flavors of papaya and guava. The ripe fruit flavors are perfectly balanced with a crisp acidity that pleasantly lingers on the long finish.

Enticing aromas of gooseberry, Anjou pear and key lime are reflected on the palate along with notes of citrus zest and meadow flowers. The rounded acidity is complemented with a supple, lingering finish.

Clean and bright aromas with notes of Empire apple and Asian pear. Flavors of mandarin orange, pear, honeydew melon and cantaloupe are enhanced with a pleasant acidity that lingers on the finish.

Cabernet Franc has become the signature red grape of the Hudson Valley, championed by the Hudson Valley Cabernet Franc Coalition since 2016 and earning growing national recognition for its versatility across red, rosé, and sparkling styles. Rosé of Cabernet Franc is one of the variety's most compelling expressions, drawing out bright red berry aromatics, mineral acidity, and the structured mid-palate that makes the variety so distinctive. This is our first estate Cabernet Franc rosé, produced in tiny quantities from saignée juice bled from every Cabernet Franc lot across three harvest days, tank fermented slowly at 55F to preserve its vivid character. At just 25 cases, it is among the rarest wines we have ever produced.

This wine exhibits aromas of ripe pear, cantaloupe and melon with flavors of peach nectar, pear and passion fruit. The overall result is a soft wine with medium acidity and body finishing with a crisp feeling in the mouth.

This is an elegantly sweet wine with a beautiful bouquet of ripe stone fruits such as apricot with notes of orange marmalade on the nose. Medium bodied with an intense, complex finish.

A dry rosé with fragrant aromas of strawberry, cherry and Meyer lemon with supple flavors of strawberry, watermelon, pear and cranberry that lead to the clean, crisp finish.
