Refined aromas of pear, pineapple, and hazelnut with a subtle minerality. Fresh flavors of stonefruit and toasted oak round out the creamy, soft mouthfeel.

This Chardonnay is made in the classic Burgundy style. With ripe fruit, full malolactic fermentation, and 15 months in French Oak, this Chardonnay showcases ripe apple, vanilla, beautiful citrus, and floral notes. The mouthfeel is rich and powerful with just enough acidity to keep it clean and refreshing. Bernie Williams hand selected each barrel that went into this powerful expression of Chardonnay.

Aromas of clementine, tangerine, custard and toasted almond highlight well-balanced fruit and acid levels. The soft, silk flavors have a nice minerality with notes of Honeycrisp apple and caramel that linger on the round finish.

Bright and floral on the nose with a touch of ripe peaches and pear. On the palate the wine is fresh with good richness and flavors of exotic fruit.

This blend of two fantastic hybrid varietals comes form Jim Bedient's vineyard in the Finger Lakes. A Long time grape grower and amazinf farmer, we take pride in working with Jim.

Clean and bright aromas with notes of Empire apple and Asian pear. Flavors of mandarin orange, pear, honeydew melon and cantaloupe are enhanced with a pleasant acidity that lingers on the finish.

An easy drinking wine with bright acidity and spicy notes of white pepper, lime and lemon. The palate is medium-bodied with great minerality and refreshing acidity.

A dry rosé with fragrant aromas of strawberry, cherry and Meyer lemon with supple flavors of strawberry, watermelon, pear and cranberry that lead to the clean, crisp finish.

Enticing aromas of kiwi, star fruit and honeysuckle highlight juicy flavors of peach and melon on the palate. The fruity flavor profile pleasantly lingers on the soft finish.

Elegant aromas of jasmine and honeydew with essence of ginger are followed by tropical flavors of papaya and guava. The ripe fruit flavors are perfectly balanced with a crisp acidity that pleasantly lingers on the long finish.

Enticing aromas of gooseberry, Anjou pear and key lime are reflected on the palate along with notes of citrus zest and meadow flowers. The rounded acidity is complemented with a supple, lingering finish.

Barrel aged for 6 months in neutral oak, this wine has palate pleasing aromas of citrus blossom, ruby red grapefruit, white peach and lime zest. Flavors of pear, key lime and guava linger on the smooth, clean finish.

Delicate floral aromas followed by hints of fresh apples and citrus zest that dazzles the palate. Deliciously ripe flavors and invigorating mouth feel are completed by the crisp finish.

This is an elegantly sweet wine with a beautiful bouquet of ripe stone fruits such as apricot with notes of orange marmalade on the nose. Medium bodied with an intense, complex finish.
