A dry rosé with fragrant aromas of strawberry, cherry and Meyer lemon with supple flavors of strawberry, watermelon, pear and cranberry that lead to the clean, crisp finish.

The intense color previews the jammy aromas of vanilla, dark berry fruit, fig and dried tobacco. Dark fruit flavors of black raspberry, black cherry with notes of vanilla bean are supported by gripping tannins and a long finish.

Aromas of rose petal, anise and black cherry seamlessly mingle with complex flavors of black raspberry and currant. The well-integrated tannins lend themselves to the lovely structure of this Burgundian styled wine.

Aromas of red berry fruits and black raspberry accentuate rich flavors of plum and red berries with a soft tannins and a lush, ripe finish.

Rich and full-bodied, this wine has soft supple tannins accompanied by ripe Dark Fruit Flavors of Blackberry and Black Currant layered with notes of Toasty Oak and Cocoa.

Crafted at Millbrook from grapes grown in our Central Coast (Monterey) California Vineyard. This Pinot Noir has ripe flavors of cherry, plum and strawberry and soft tannins that emcompass this well balanced wine.

This unique blend of red varietals was barrel aged for three months in Hillrock Distillery bourbon barrels. The resulting wine is filled with decadent aromas and rich flavors of dark berry fruits and barrel spice.

The Block 3 East bottling is a label with history at Millbrook, one that the prior winemaker produced in earlier vintages before it was last made in 2015. It sits to the east of the driveway and just above the ponds, a distinctive position on the estate with plantings ranging from 2006 through 2020 that give the block a layered complexity from vines of varying age and maturity. The 2024 vintage was exactly the kind of dry, warm, perfectly ripening season that earns a single-block bottling its place on the table, and bringing Block 3 East back after nearly a decade felt like the right way to honor both the site and the tradition. The blend draws from Clones 623 and 327, each fermented and selected separately before being assembled into a two-barrel final wine.

Millbrook grows three clones of Cabernet Franc on the estate, Clones 623, 327, and 214, each bringing distinct character to the variety. In 2024, a dry and warm vintage with ideal conditions through the critical final two months of the growing season, Clone 623 produced fruit of exceptional concentration and ripeness across five blocks. Rather than blending it into the estate Cabernet Franc program, we kept it separate from harvest through aging to bottle it as a standalone expression and showcase what this clone, this site, and this exceptional vintage can produce. The result is a single-barrel selection of pure Hudson Valley Cabernet Franc at its most complete.

Notes of violet and dark bramble fruits such as blackberry and black raspberry characterize the rich aromas. Palate-coating flavors of black currant and spices with ripe tannins carry through the smooth finish.

Our Gamay Noir is a light and refreshing red wine styled after the popular wines of Frances Beaujolais region. Aromas of pomegranate and violets are followed by delicate fruit flavors with good acidity.

Deep ruby in the glass, our New York State Merlot opens with inviting aromas of ripe plum, black cherry, oak spice, and a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate it's young and lively, with potent tannins and a long, satisfying finish that hints at the depth still to come.

This wine exhibits deep aromas of dark berry fruits such as raspberry and black currant with notes of soft rose petals. Flavors of cherry and plum intertwine to create a refined flavor profile with soft tannins which linger on the smooth finish.

Cabernet Franc has become the signature red grape of the Hudson Valley, championed by the Hudson Valley Cabernet Franc Coalition since 2016 and earning growing national recognition for its versatility across red, rosé, and sparkling styles. Rosé of Cabernet Franc is one of the variety's most compelling expressions, drawing out bright red berry aromatics, mineral acidity, and the structured mid-palate that makes the variety so distinctive. This is our first estate Cabernet Franc rosé, produced in tiny quantities from saignée juice bled from every Cabernet Franc lot across three harvest days, tank fermented slowly at 55F to preserve its vivid character. At just 25 cases, it is among the rarest wines we have ever produced.

This dynamic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc was crafted by Bernie Williams and Millbrook Winery's Winemaker, Ian Bearup. The wine exhibits dark fruit aromas of black currant and plums with secondary notes of clove and mocha. The flavors are rich and layered with a powerful midpalate and well-refined tannins.
