Crafted at Millbrook from grapes grown in our Central Coast (Monterey) California Vineyard. This Pinot Noir has ripe flavors of cherry, plum and strawberry and soft tannins that emcompass this well balanced wine.
The grand grape of Burgundy, Pinot Noir has been transplanted to almost every wine growing region in the world. It is a demanding variety both in the vineyard and with vinification, but when done correctly, the results are well worth the effort.
Made in the tradition of fine French Burgundy, including full malolactic fermentation and barrel aging in French oak.
A versatile wine that will easily pair with roasted turkey, grilled salmon, pork tenderloin and goat or brie cheeses.
